The Parlor Magazine amplifies voices that are neglected, harmed, and underrepresented. We publish work that challenges power structures, centers lived experience, and connects local stories to global realities. For us, being a person is inherently political.

We are independent by design. We do not rely on corporate advertisers or billionaire backing. We rely on our readers, writers, and community.
